| C-SERIES WELD HEADS
MODELS 819A, 821A, 822A, 823A
The C-Heads are easy-to-operate tools for autogenous tube
welding. Four models cover tube size range from 3mm-114mm
(0.125"-4.5") O.D. Magnatech C-Series weld Heads make
tube-to-tube and tube-to-fitting welds with precision and
repeatability.
The double-clamping design simplifies work piece fit-up
and eliminates tack welding in many cases. Collets are
available for any tube and fitting size.
Digital technology forever eliminates the need for
periodic weld Head calibration - rotation speed remains
accurate regardless of Head wear, and Heads can be
interchanged without time-consuming recalibration.
Process:
GTAW
weld Head Type:
Closed chamber (arc enclosed). Torch rotates around pipe.
Weld Head body remains stationary.
Tube Size Range:
C-10: 3mm - 25mm (0.125" - 1.0") OD
C-25: 6mm - 64mm (0.25" - 2.5") OD
C-35: 9mm - 89mm (0.375"- 3.5") OD
C-45: 12mm - 114mm (0.5" - 4.5") OD
